Over de Kunstenaar
Kunst is voor mij een voortdurende ontdekkingstocht — een zoektocht naar verbinding, betekenis en verbeelding.
Ik ben Salman Ezzammoury, beeldend kunstenaar en fotograaf, werkzaam vanuit Nederland met een internationaal georiënteerde artistieke praktijk. Mijn werk beweegt zich tussen fotografie, visuele kunst en experimentele beeldtaal, waarbij grenzen tussen disciplines, culturen en perspectieven vervagen.
Ik laat mij inspireren door menselijke verhalen, reizen, stedelijke en natuurlijke landschappen en de emoties die verborgen liggen in het alledaagse. In mijn werk onderzoek ik thema’s als identiteit, vergankelijkheid, verbinding en de gelaagdheid van menselijke ervaringen. Elk beeld ontstaat vanuit observatie, intuïtie en verwondering — soms verstild, soms confronterend, maar altijd met ruimte voor interpretatie.
Mijn kunst nodigt uit tot vertraging: een moment van kijken, voelen en ontdekken. Ik geloof dat kunst niet alleen zichtbaar is, maar ook beleefd moet worden — als een ontmoeting tussen maker, werk en toeschouwer.
Door een internationale blik te combineren met persoonlijke verbeelding ontstaat een visuele taal die universeel wil raken en tegelijkertijd ruimte laat voor een eigen interpretatie en beleving.
About the Artist
Art, for me, is an ongoing journey of discovery — a way of exploring human connection, memory, emotion, and the invisible layers of experience.
I am Salman Ezzammoury, a visual artist and photographer based in the Netherlands, with an internationally oriented artistic practice. Working across photography and visual art, I create images that move between observation and imagination, inviting moments of reflection and emotional resonance.
My work is inspired by people, places, movement, urban and natural landscapes, and the subtle stories hidden within everyday life. Rather than offering clear answers, I aim to create visual spaces where meaning can unfold freely — open to interpretation, feeling, and personal connection.
At the core of my artistic practice is a curiosity about what connects us across borders, cultures, and experiences. I am interested in themes of identity, transformation, vulnerability, memory, and the quiet tension between presence and absence.
Through a layered and intuitive visual language, I seek to create work that speaks beyond geography — art that feels both personal and universal, intimate and open, grounded yet constantly in motion.

الفن بالنسبة لي ليس مجرد صورة أو فكرة، بل مساحة للبحث والتأمل وإعادة اكتشاف العالم من زوايا مختلفة. إنّه حوار مفتوح بين الإنسان والذاكرة، بين الحضور والغياب، وبين ما نراه وما نشعر به.
أنا سلمان عزاموري، فنان بصري ومصوّر فوتوغرافي أعيش وأعمل في هولندا، وأتبنّى في ممارستي الفنية رؤية منفتحة تتجاوز الحدود الجغرافية والثقافية. أتنقّل في أعمالي بين الصورة الفوتوغرافية والفن البصري، باحثًا عن لحظات تحمل عمقًا
إنسانيًا وإحساسًا صادقًا يتجاوز اللغة المباشرة.
أستلهم أعمالي من تفاصيل الحياة اليومية، من المدن والوجوه، من الحركة والسكون، ومن القصص الصغيرة التي غالبًا ما تمرّ دون أن تُروى. لا أبحث عن تقديم إجابات جاهزة، بل عن خلق مساحة بصرية تسمح للمشاهد بالتأمل، وإعادة اكتشاف ذاته وعلاقته بالعالم.
في جوهر تجربتي الفنية يكمن اهتمام بالإنسان، بالتحوّل، بالذاكرة، وبالروابط الخفية التي تجمعنا رغم اختلاف الأمكنة والتجارب. أؤمن بأن الفن الحقيقي لا يحتاج إلى ترجمة، لأنه يخاطب الإحساس أولًا، ويترك لكل متلقٍ حرية أن يرى حكايته الخاصة داخل العمل الفني.
من خلال لغة بصرية متجددة، أسعى إلى خلق أعمال تنتمي إلى الإنسان قبل المكان، وتفتح بابًا للتأمل والحوار والتخيّل.
